1. Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and analyze relevant regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements governing iGaming operations.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and reports accurately and within required timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, auditors, and external compliance bodies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to foster a cohesive and proactive approach to compliance across the company.
• Stay informed on regulatory updates, industry trends, and best practices to proactively identify potential compliance risks.

2. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of iGaming regulatory frameworks (e.g., MGA, DGOJ, ADM, ONJN) is a strong advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex regulatory requirements accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey complex regulatory information clearly in English.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

• Basic knowledge of Internal tools like Clickup, Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good computer skills with basic programs, e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
