About Us and the Role

7777 gaming builds and distributes casino games to players around the world. With 20 years in the industry, we have grown a mature platform and a large, living codebase that serves operators across many regulated markets and processes real-money transactions every second. This is a platform engineering role, not just an endpoint role. You will design and implement features that span financial systems, bonus and jackpot mechanics, real-time delivery, and multi-tenant infrastructure across our three-layer architecture (Frame → AppBase → AppInstances). You will own work end to end, set the technical direction on your features, and help the developers around you grow.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new game features, bonus systems, jackpot mechanics, and promotional tools across the full architecture
• Build and maintain wallet integrations with third-party aggregators — signed HTTP protocols, retry logic, and idempotency guarantees
• Develop and operate long-running daemon services for transaction processing, game lifecycle, and real-time event delivery
• Optimise queries and caching strategies across MariaDB, Memcached, and Redis for high-throughput financial operations
• Safeguard data integrity through distributed locking, transaction-safety protocols, and multi-currency reconciliation
• Work within regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions (betting limits, geographic restrictions, tax compliance)
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and help shape conventions and architectural decisions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional server-side development, with strong OOP, references, and regular-expression fluency
• Strong SQL and relational database skills (MySQL/MariaDB) — query optimisation, transactions, and schema design
• Comfort with direct database programming via DBI (no ORM)
• Solid understanding of caching systems (Memcached and/or Redis)
• Experience building and maintaining daemon/service processes on Linux or FreeBSD
• A deep understanding of HTTP, API design, and request signing/authentication
• Comfort working in a large, established codebase — reading and extending existing patterns rather than rewriting
• Proficiency in Perl, which is the core of our platform; strong engineers from PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, or C# who are committed to working in Perl will be considered

You will start broad across our backend work and, as you grow, have the chance to specialize in the areas you enjoy most. Responsibilities:

Adapt and customize our casino games so they fit different markets and partners

• Build and maintain admin web pages and their templates
• Write and modify server-side code that powers our games and tools
• Write and refine SQL queries against our relational databases
• Contribute to backend development and maintenance across a large existing codebase
• Work alongside senior engineers, take part in code reviews, and pick up our conventions and best practices

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in software development
• Experience with PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, or another server-side scripting language

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Gaming B2B Support Specialist to join our Support team.

This role is a good opportunity for someone who wants to enter the iGaming industry. You do not need to be a highly technical specialist to apply. What matters most is that you are careful, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with clear procedures.

Strong English is a must, as most partner communication and internal documentation are in English. This is a 24/7 support position with 12-hour day and night shifts, according to a scheduled shift rotation.

What this role is about

• You will support our B2B partners with daily questions and operational requests related to games, player rounds, promotions and service issues. Monitor basic alerts and platform activity.
• Training, documentation, and team guidance will be provided.

What you will do

• Receive and review partner requests through email, Slack, Teams and internal tools.
• Provide clear and accurate replies to partners. Following internal procedures and escalation paths.
• Check information in internal systems, dashboards, and documentation.
• Monitor basic alerts and platform activity.
• Keep cases updated and properly documented.

What we are looking for
