Gaming Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Gaming Support Specialist to join our team and support our B2B partners across day-to-day operational, technical, and game-related requests.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming partner questions, investigating issues, coordinating with internal teams, and making sure requests are resolved or escalated quickly and professionally. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and work confidently in a 24/7 support environment.

What you will do

  • Handle partner requests received through email, Slack, and other approved channels;
  • Review issues carefully, validate details in internal systems and references, and provide accurate responses;
  • Resolve cases directly where possible and escalate operational or service-impacting issues to the correct internal teams;
  • Support partners with requests related to:

- Bets and round checks

- API stuck rounds and retries

- Product queries relate to jackpots, RTP Offering, Currency change requests

- Promotional tools and activities

- Game availability, slow loading, slow gameplay, and disconnections

- Bet parameter changes, including min, max, default bet, and RTP

- Blacklist and whitelist IP requests

- Game rule clarifications and auto-finish conditions

  • Monitor operational alerts and platform performance, including:

- Website and partner API connectivity

- Wallet API response delays

- Partner lobby visibility and content issues

- Big win and cumulative win alarms

- Promo tool offering and payout alerts

- Partners game availability

- Jackpot interface amounts and offering

  • Follow internal SLA and escalation procedures for critical, major, and minor incidents;
  • Keep communication clear, structured, and professional, especially when handling urgent partner-facing matters.

What we are looking for

  • Strong written English and professional communication skills;
  • High attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues methodically;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests at the same time;
  • Comfortable working with monitoring tools, operational processes, incident handling, and escalations;
  • Confident using internal tools, dashboards, and communication platforms;
  • Problem-solving mindset and ownership of tasks from intake to resolution;
  • Ability to work effectively in a shift-based, 24/7 support setup;
  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, technical support, or B2B partner support is an advantage;
