Responsibilities
- Game Release Coordination – Work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration and timely launches of new games.
- Strategic Advisory – Provide insights on product performance, market trends, and ways to optimize new releases for success.
- Relationship Management – Act as a trusted partner for operators, guiding them through game adoption and enhancement strategies.
- Problem-Solving & Analysis – Identify potential challenges before they arise, developing proactive solutions for clients.
- Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance and QA) to address client needs and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Performance Review – Monitor game performance post-launch, collecting feedback to refine future releases.
- Training & Best Practices – Equip clients with industry knowledge, helping them make the most of our offerings.
- Game Configurations – Configure custom settings based on customer requests, ensuring games are tailored to meet specific operator and market needs.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in iGaming, gaming platforms, or digital entertainment.
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess challenges, trends, and market opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to manage accounts effectively and develop long-term client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical and strategic insights.
- Adaptability & Emotional Intelligence: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry, with the ability to navigate client concerns with patience and insight.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written command of English Nice-to-have: Project/Process Management: Ability to oversee multiple game launches and client initiatives simultaneously.
