Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Specialist to join our QA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous manual testing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Test newly developed features, enhancements, and bug fixes for our iGaming platform to ensure high-quality standards;
  • Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for a variety of gaming components, including casino games, betting modules, and user interfaces;
  • Document and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools and processes, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle;
  • Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other relevant meetings to provide input on testability and quality aspects;
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Mandatory work with debugging tools on different mobile devices;
  • Proficiency in best practices for testing and defect management;
  • Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed;
  • Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors;
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports;
  • Make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in manual software testing, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting test results;
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist;
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance;
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills;
  • Strong attention to detail.

Gaming B2B Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Gaming B2B Support Specialist to join our Support team.

This role is a good opportunity for someone who wants to enter the iGaming industry. You do not need to be a highly technical specialist to apply. What matters most is that you are careful, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with clear procedures.

Strong English is a must, as most partner communication and internal documentation are in English. This is a 24/7 support position with 12-hour day and night shifts, according to a scheduled shift rotation.

What this role is about

  • You will support our B2B partners with daily questions and operational requests related to games, player rounds, promotions and service issues. Monitor basic alerts and platform activity.
  • Training, documentation, and team guidance will be provided.

What you will do

  • Receive and review partner requests through email, Slack, Teams and internal tools.
  • Provide clear and accurate replies to partners. Following internal procedures and escalation paths.
  • Check information in internal systems, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Monitor basic alerts and platform activity.
  • Keep cases updated and properly documented.

What we are looking for

    • Strong written English
    • Willingness to learn
    • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
    • Comfortable using computers, online tools, and dashboards
    • Ability to work in a shift-based 24/7 support environment 

    Experience that would be helpful

    • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, iGaming B2B support, or online platforms is an advantage, but not required. 
    • Experience with partner questions related to game rounds, stuck rounds, game availability, promotions, jackpots, game settings, access requests, and platform connectivity.
    • What will help you succeed: You will do well in this role of you ask questions when something is unclear, follow procedures carefully, double-check information before replying, and stay calm during busy periods. Motivation, responsibility, and strong English are important.

    What you will do:
